Cantilever gate and pedestrian gate
Cantilever gate, on which we applied a high-quality KEY automation brand drive – SUN, an entrance barrier with a stainless steel handle from the inside and a stainless handle from the outside. We applied our covering system for the entire project. An atypical and unique double-sided pattern with dominant anthracite bands, which are complemented by stainless steel horizontally placed bands. The entire project was tuned to the brown color chosen by the client and which matched the color of the house.

Order from the customer
Clients contacted us based on the presentation of our previous products via Facebook. In the first step, we prepared a price offer based on the data sent to us by the clients, i.e. the dimensions of the openings, appearance and accessories. After drawing up and approving the price offer, we agreed on a personal meeting right on the spot, where we focused on the exact dimensions of the openings and agreed on all the details regarding accessories. It was a cantilever gate with an electric drive and an entrance barrier. Of course, there were side cover bars at the diaphragm, gate l-ko and cover plate at the cantilever gate. To control the cantilever gate, we chose an advanced Italian drive from the KEY automation brand – SUN with built-in LED lighting, which also had a beacon, photocells, and 2 controllers. In addition to classic opening using the controller, the drive had the KUBE function, which allowed the gate to be opened via a mobile phone.
Project realisation
At the beginning of the cooperation, we informed the client of the production time, i.e. 8 weeks, which we followed exactly to the day. During this time, in addition to our work, the process of hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating with powder paint fired in the oven took place. When the products were ready for assembly, we agreed on an assembly date with the customer. The installation went without any problems, the weather was as expected and nothing prevented us from successfully continuing our work. As the gate was quite strenuous, we helped ourselves with a hydraulic hand, which is a common thing in our service. We already have experience with this hand, so it went like clockwork. After installing the gate with this hand, we installed the diaphragm and could start installing the drive and electric lock. With the slow setting of the sun, we managed to finish everything and hand over to the client his gate with a diaphragm. The gate with the diaphragm was ready for the beginning of its “functioning”. The silent drive of the gate delivers its performance as it should, and the cantilever gate opens smoothly and smoothly with the help of polyamide carriages.
