Cantilever gate with predestrian gate and fencing
Another successfully delivered project in our portfolio. In Košice, we managed to produce and assemble a project on a turnkey basis, the content of which was a cantilever gate with full automation of the KEY brand, a barrier with stainless steel fittings and an implemented mailbox, and fencing of the front part of the property. The clients chose the anthracite color in lamella design. Covering elements for the entire project were also a matter of course.

Clients contacted us with a request for a personal meeting. Our sales representative did not hesitate and made an appointment. During the meeting, we went over all the details with the clients. In the first point, we listened to the client’s idea. Subsequently, they targeted the holes. Step by step we went through all the details about accessories, such as choosing the right automation with accessories, we went through our color swatches and overall patterns. In the last point, we agreed on further procedure and deadlines.
Project realisation
We are pleased that our production processes follow our procedures without problems. We have gradually improved these procedures, and of course we are still looking for other ways to improve the quality, speed up, etc. of these procedures. The first step is the creation of documentation by our designer. This is followed by welding by our certified welders. The project will undergo hot-dip galvanizing and cleaning. The penultimate step is folding the patterns into frames. The final step, when we contact the client with the installation date, is powder coating along with chemical cleaning from grease. Finally, we will deliver the project with our own transport and install it with our turnkey installers.
