Rail gate with suspension system
We successfully handed over a project in Prešov with simple content but a tailor-made system. The project consisted of a rail gate with full automation, a covering system and wireless photocells with a hanging system in a blind design. The relatively more demanding assembly without the use of a hydraulic arm was completed successfully, and the customer no longer has to worry about the open space.

The client contacted us with a request to implement a project from which other companies were leaving. Our task was to construct a gate with a special way of hanging on an already existing system. The client was interested in a fully opaque gate with full automation. Thanks to our skilled designers, we fulfilled these requirements and delivered a fully automated gate to the client.
Project realisation
The production process went according to plan. The suspension system made our work a bit longer, but nothing our employees couldn’t handle. The most demanding process took place during the assembly where it was necessary to use human power during the assembly and installation of the system, since we could not use a hydraulic arm from the point of view of the shelter. We therefore sent 2 assembly groups for the installation, which, despite the stronger wind, installed the project within a few hours. At the end of the installation, we additionally installed wireless photocells for the client, because he did not have cables for these safety elements.
