A double-leaf gate with a pedestrian gate anchored to our columns
Already the city of Spišské Bystré can boast of our gate and barrier in a premium pattern. The content of the entire order consisted of a double-leaf gate with full automation, which was taken care of by KEY RAY drives, which had the highest possible additional equipment. In addition to the gate, we also installed an entrance barrier for pedestrians. Since our client did not have any anchoring walls, it was necessary to manufacture and install our columns as well. Our cover strips and detailed welds were not to be missing from the entire order. The client specifically chose a premium model marked 000 in the color RAL 7011.

Order from the customer
The client contacted us at the end of the summer days with the request to create a price offer and a subsequent personal meeting. Based on the data we received from the client, we created a customized price offer for the client. Important information for the creation of a price offer was also the fact that the client does not have retaining walls and it will be necessary to make our columns for anchoring the products. We sent the created price offer to the client’s email address and then waited. After 48 hours, as is customary in our company, we contacted the client and went over the entire offer together in detail. The client liked our offer and approach and was also interested in a personal meeting. We agreed on a target date and set off. During the focus, i.e. the personal meeting, we went over all the details with the client, fine-tuned the details, and focused on the openings. The moment everything was fine-tuned, we could start production.
Project realisation
It took us 9 weeks from the focus itself to assembly. The agreed installation date was set at 8-10 weeks, which we have succeeded in every single case so far. The reason why the period of 8-10 weeks is set is because, in addition to our work, hot-dip galvanizing work and the work of a powder coating shop are also required. We still have to take into account the possibility that something could happen during these works, but of course also during ours. There were no problems during production, everything fit us perfectly. During production, we informed the client about the status of his order. As soon as the order reached the last stage, i.e. to the paint shop, we could contact the client and agree on an assembly date. The assembly had one “minor” problem, namely the cable layout. The given cables were prepared a little worse than usual, because their length was insufficient for our accessories. However, since our technicians are extremely skilled and prepare professionally for each assembly, they solved this problem by connecting additional (own) cables. Although we are happy if we don’t have to do such a small thing and we can install the modules straight away, but we are still trying and so far we are succeeding in handing over the order on a turnkey basis and with a smile. The entire installation was successful, and at the end of it, we handed over the turnkey order to the client.
