The client asked us to close the front part of the house. At the time when we were in contact with the client, the construction work had not been completed and there were still old masonry and a fence with a gate on the land. We therefore prepared a turnkey project for the client. We ensured the reconstruction of old masonry, removal of old products and production with assembly of new products. As you can notice the masonry is the same as our pattern visuals on the site. It’s not a coincidence, but the fact that the client chose masonry in combination with the pattern LAMELA100 just based on our patterns.
Project realisation
In the first step, we removed the old fencing with the gate and the barrier. Subsequently, based on the agreement and our assessment, we reconstructed the old masonry. Since the foundation of the masonry was in order, there was no need to completely remove it and then build a new one. At the moment when the pillars were standing, we focused the project and sent it to the production process. As the masonry reconstruction progressed, the products were produced in our production. We finished the construction work and subsequently delivered and installed new products, i.e. a double-leaf gate, a barrier and a fence. We provided the client with the entire project, including construction activities, on a turnkey basis.
