Thanks to the skill of our sales office, we managed to reach clients. Clients found our advertising items in their inbox along with a contact. Our work appealed to them, so they contacted us. This was followed by the first exchange of information and then arranging a meeting with focus and personal advice. We provide this option to each of our customers. After agreeing on all the details during the focus, we created a customized price offer for the client. Once the clients agreed to the offer, we could start production. During the entire implementation, we gradually contact the client with information about the status of his order. Our main concern is that the client does not worry about where he invested his finances and is approximately aware of what is happening with his order. As soon as the order reaches the last step, i.e. to the paint shop, we contact the client and agree on an assembly date. Production proceeded according to plans. A minor problem occurred at the stop for one of the diaphragms. Since we anchored this stop to the plasterboard of the house, a problem arose from a functional point of view. In the end, however, we came up with a solution to anchor this stop correctly and stably. We used a “cover l-ko” that holds this stop as it should and we solved this problem. So the whole project is handed over as it should be and everything works according to plans.
