The client’s request was clear and concise. The client was interested in closing the front part of the plot. Our client gave us a challenge with a request to deliver something atypical. At the meeting, we showed the client all the design options on our samples. The moment we agreed on all the data with the client, we were ready for production.

The implementation of the project proceeded according to plan with a big “BUT”. We agreed on all parameters with the client, processed the official documentation and produced the project according to the plans. We arrived for the assembly on the agreed date and gradually began to assemble. At this point, the client discovered that the color he had chosen was not the correct one. The client requested a color change. Since we follow the motto that our client comes first, we stopped the assembly at the beginning. We loaded the project and brought it back to our production. We prepared the project again in the powder coating shop. We repeated the whole process and this time with a positive result. We changed the shade of brown for the client, installed the project and said goodbye with a smile on our face. Don’t forget, our sales representatives will also bring color samples with them to the meeting. Go through these samples carefully, attach them to the windows, roof, blocks and choose the right shade. Almost everything can be fixed, but it takes its toll.
