Double-leaf folding gate
A project that you just can’t see. Oversized double-leaf gate and adapted for folding thanks to the folding system. Something impossible in the past, but here too we can see progress. Currently, we can implement the folding system even for such oversized gates. In addition to the folding system, the gate is fully automated and controlled by a controller and a mobile application. The clients chose a slat with a width of 200 mm and a gap of 40 mm. The lamellar design is of the aluminum type.

Order from the customer
The client contacted us with a request for a personal meeting through specific requirements and solutions. We didn’t hesitate to dream, they agreed on a date and went to the place. During the meeting, we went through various implementation options. Due to the long opening and short opening surface, we could not apply sliding gates. A double-winged gate remained the obvious solution. With a length of 6.5 m, one of the wings would be over 3 m. Which would take up a lot of space when opening, which the client could not afford. That’s why we came up with a solution to apply the folding system to this gate as well. The client agreed to the customized solution, we agreed on additional accessories and started production.
Project realisation
The production procedure is the same as for normal dimensions. Of course, it is important to pay attention to every detail in order to prevent damage to individual parts during assembly. Since we fold our slats, the application of aluminum slats is the same as for galvanized ones. By folding, we ensure simplicity, for example, if one of the slats is damaged, when we only need to remove one slat and replace it with a new one. So we don’t have to take the entire gate for repair. Other parts are of course welded. We were able to successfully manufacture the project and install it with the same successful result.
