The first contact with the client took place through a telephone conversation. The client contacted us with a request to create a non-binding price offer. We were happy to fulfill this request of the client and based on the data that was needed to create a price offer, we created a price offer for the client. It was data such as hole dimensions, pattern, accessories and the like. We created a price offer for the client within 24 hours and then sent it to him. The client contacted us immediately after sending the price offer, asking for a personal meeting and focus. We agreed on a date for a personal meeting where a precise focus took place, we went over all the accessories and details and nothing prevented us from starting production. The whole project consisted of a cantilever gate with a drive that had LED lighting, a beacon, photocells and, in addition to the usual control with controllers, also the possibility of control using a mobile phone, it was also a barrier that included stainless steel accessories, an electric lock and a video – doorman, and in the last part of the project fence parts, one of which contained a closable opening for distribution boxes. The client chose a brown color based on our samples and chose a blind slat as a pattern.

In the full introduction, we informed the client about the delivery date of 8 weeks, which we met exactly to the day. In addition to our work, this term also included the processes of hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating with paint fired in the oven. As soon as the order was ready for assembly, we contacted the client and agreed on an assembly date together. The overall assembly went well, which was also helped by the honest preparation of the cabling, which the client prepared based on the diagram we sent him. The weather, which does not favor us here and there, was too kind this time, so nothing prevented us from working. After installing the gate, we tested the mobility of the gate to see if there is anything in the way, or if the movement is smooth, and only then did we install the drive itself. During the installation of the drive, our other employees were engaged in fitting the diaphragm with fence parts. After the successful installation, we tested the drive several times and after its successful test, we could continue with the installation of other electrical accessories such as an electric lock and a video doorman. These plugins work and do their job as they are supposed to. The movement of the gate on polyamide trolleys is quiet and smooth, and the drive itself only contributes to this. The fender and fence pieces fit exactly into the holes and everything fit as it should. The entire assembly and production took place without any problems, the client was extremely satisfied with our work, for which we also owe such a positive and detailed reference.
