The first step in our cooperation was the creation of a price offer based on the data we received from customers. These were data such as hole dimensions, installation location, pattern and accessories. We sent the offer promptly within 48 hours like every one of our customers. This was followed by a telephone conversation where we analyzed the entire offer and went through all the items in detail and answered all the questions. During this phone call, we are happy if customers find out that we are open and have nothing to hide. We follow the password, what we agree on is valid! The clients were satisfied with the offer and our approach and therefore accepted the offer. For us, it meant agreeing on a date for personal focus.

After successful targeting and agreement on details, we could start production. The production went without problems. The order gradually changed its status, as follows: development of technical drawings – production – galvanizing – completion – paint shop – assembly. Assembly and production went well. It all started with a cantilever gate and ended with a fence. Our technician explained all the necessary actions associated with controlling electrical accessories and, if necessary, unlocking them. At the end of the assembly, we handed over the entire project to the client on a turnkey basis.
