Cantilever gate with predestrian gate
We produced and assembled a custom-made project for a client in the village of Družstevná near Hornád. Its content consisted of a cantilever gate with full automation of the KEY brand and support for phone control, a barrier with stainless steel fittings and an implemented mailbox. We anchored the barrier to our anchoring posts. The clients chose the most desirable blind pattern in a color close to anthracite with the marking RAL 7024. Our covering systems were also indispensable for the entire project.

Order from the customer
Based on our internet presentation of products, our new clients approached us with a request to create a customized price offer. On the basis of the obtained information such as the dimensions of the openings, pattern and color and accessories, we created and sent a free and non-binding quotation for the client within 48 hours. Subsequently, we arranged a meeting with the client at the place, where we presented the offer along with focusing and showing our samples.
Project realisation
The project gradually went through the production process successfully. At the beginning, our designer processed the production documentation, which he then handed over to our welders. They prepared the frames of the gate and the barriers with columns. These products have undergone a hot-dip galvanizing process. The next step was to fill the frames with louver slats, followed by cleaning and preparation for powder coating. Before the actual powder coating, the products were chemically cleaned of grease. The last step of production was powder coating. At the moment when the products were ready for assembly, we contacted the client and agreed on an assembly date. The assembly itself went perfectly, and at the end of the day we handed over the complete project to the client, including turnkey instructions.
